Instead of juggling multiple vendors and visions, you’ll have one dedicated team guiding you through the entire process, ensuring every element works in harmony. From the initial concept to the final moments of your celebration, we’ll handle the logistics and styling, so that everything unfolds naturally and flawlessly.
Full Planning and Coordination Package
Congratulations on your engagement! It’s time to get planning and you're wondering where to start, what to do, and what style you want to choose form the abundance of stunning Pinterest weddings? Well, our full planning and coordination package is designed just for you! Let us take care of all the planning from start to finish, including on the day coordination to make sure that everything we have create together runs smoothly, beautifully and effortlessly you. You can be involved as much as you like or leave it in our hands entirely.

Here’s a brief outline of what’s included :
INITIAL CONSULTATION - A get to know the couple, your vision and establish what has been organised already (if anything).
ESTABLISHING A BUDGET - Determining your overall wedding budget and managing it throughout the planning process.
ESTABLISHING A VENUE - Helping you choose a venue/s that suits you. Includes two complementary walk throughs.
VENDORS - Helping you choose vendors that align with your overall style, vision and budget. Including but not limited to, photographers, videographers, content creators, music, hire items, food, drinks, signage, celebrant and more.
ONE COMPLIMENTARY VENUE WALK THROUGH - Can add on more for additional costs.
LEGAL REQUIREMENTS - Managing compliances etc…
DESIGN AND STYLING - Curating an overall colour palette, theme and style. Creating a moodboard to reflect the overall look for the day including items we hope to hire and florals we recommend to achieve the look.
REHERSAL ATTENDANCE
VENDOR RUNSHEET - Liaising the vendors and creating s runsheet for the day.
INVOICE MANAGEMENT - Making sure everything is booked in and paid for.
SET UP - We are there on the day setting up and liaising to make sure everything is set up and running the way we planned.
ONE THE DAY COORDINATION - Includes the on the day coordination package as stated below.

The 6.8k is a set price for all local Christchurch weddings excluding pack down which is an optional add on that can be quote upon request. Additional costs will likely occur if you plan on having a Marquee wedding due to all the extra legalities, and time needed to plan a marquee wedding. Extra fees will also apply if you are wanting a wedding outside of Christchurch. For example, Akaroa, Hanmer, Kaikoura etc… These extra fees would be things like travel and accomodation. Our planning package does not include the cost of any other vendors. Our planning packages are exclusive to those booking us as their florists. By booking one of our planning services you are choosing BR Floral as one of your vendors. Like all other vendors the florals are not included in this cost.
On the Day Coordination Package
You're here because you have already booked us as your florist and have done all the hard with creating the vision for your day. Now you are looking for a team to take over and coordinate all the vendors you have booked and take the stress away from you those months leading up to your wedding day. That way you can truely enjoy your day without all the stress. Let us take care of all the logistics when we are there setting up your florals already!

Here’s what’s included :
REHERSAL ATTENDANCE - Curating the timetable and plan to make sure things go smooth for the real thing.
ON THE DAY SET UP - We will have staff on site setting up all things you have hired and curated for the day.
RUNSHEET - We will create a runsheet we send out to all vendors to to make sure that everyone know when to arrive and what needs to be done when and where.
LIAISE WITH VENDORS - We will contact all vendors you have booked to make sure all your final invoices have been paid and configure a timeline with them.
COORDINATION OF CEREMONY AND RECEPTION - We will be onsite until after your speeches are done, passing on to the MC to continue the rest of the party after. We will coordinate the ceremony and reception making sure that everything runs on time and nothing is forgotten.
CONTACT - We will take over a month out from your wedding, this is when we will start contacting vendors etc… This mean from this point out we will be all vendors source on contact for the day, any issue will come to us first and we will work with you to solve any problems.
